Police investigate the scene of a crash in which a U-Haul pickup truck, which was reported stolen from nearby Vallejo, Calif., lost control, overturned and crashed into four parked cars and a utility pole, Thursday, Feb. 13, 2014 on 14th Avenue in Oakland, Calif.
