As Dr. Miguel Delgado of Novato, Calif. performs the liposuction, excess fatty tissue from the chest of Merle Yost of Oakland, Calif. is collected in the container at lower right, on Thursday, Aug. 31, 2006 in Novato. Yost has been afflicted since he hit puberty with the condition known clinically as gynecomastia, and in the locker room as "man boobs."
