Oakland, Calif. firefighters scoop up an absorbent material they spread over fluids from an SUV involved in a car vs. bicycle accident at the intersection of Harrison and 20th streets near Lake Merritt, Thursday, Dec. 20, 2012. The accident occurred when the cyclist, who was uninjured, ran the stop light, causing the driver in front of the SUV to stop short.
